The location is great for rail and underground connections and access to all south side tourist venues, including the Shard and Borough Market. The public area around the hotel is nicely developed with a good selection of cafes and restaurants. The hotel has a very nice bar which has a lovely relaxed feel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. Complimentary bottled water, Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries, reasonable hospitality tray, plenty of mirrors, good lighting, hairdryer, safe etc. There is an excellent choice of good quality breakfast foods. The staff are attentive and helpful, and without exception all of the staff were polite and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy, fast check in, very helpful, friendly reception staff, clean comfortable executive twin room, excellent location for London Bridge Station and the London Lupus Centre in Tooley Street. The staff in the executive lounge, especially Victoria and the chef, were outstanding and made sure all the food we ate was safe for me and my mum as we have a lot of food allergies. The chef specifically prepared some plain chicken and rice for us without garlic or onion. The housekeeping staff made sure we didn’t have any feather pillows in our room as my mum has a severe feather allergy.

The location and the very helpful reception staff made my stay very comfortable. I am suffering very heavy from claustrophobia where view it’s restricted, I fear and have a panic attack and cannot breath. The reception staff tried their best to allocate a room without any restrictions, and I had a sleep in piece. I would like to send a special thank you to Yely Zaveta the reception supervisor for her great performance and professionalism to help me with dedication and care and made my stay magical. She his absolutely a star and very big asset for the Hilton.

Had a hospital appointment at the London Lupus Centre in Tooley Street so stayed at the Hilton London Tower Bridge Hotel overnight. The reception staff were all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They called us a taxi to take us back to Liverpool Street Station and were really helpful, taking our case and bag to the car as I am disabled. The evening meal was lovely. Catered for food allergies - Gluten Free and made sure there was no garlic in our meals. Housekeeping team were friendly and very helpful too.

I have stayed here twice before it is one of my favourite hotels in London. Soon as you walk in it’s very welcoming and the staff are lovely and will go above and beyond to help you with anything. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. We loved the RUBA bar and the restaurant which we made good use of. The location is fantastic to get around London you can even walk to the Tower of London across Tower Bridge and St. Katherine’s Dock, so beautiful lit up at night.
